Dr Daniel Allen

Bio: Dr Daniel Allen is an animal welfare campaigner who has played a key role in changing pet theft reform. As a patron of ‘The Stolen And Missing Pets Alliance’ alongside fellow pet theft campaigner Debbie Matthews he has run three successful petitions to Government calling for pet theft to be made a specific offence, with custodial sentences. His research into dog theft has provided a core pillar of evidence for the Government's pet theft task force.
