Overview: When former Royal Engineer Sean Laidlaw was working in Syria as a bomb disposal expert, he met Barrie. A school had sadly collapsed in an explosion when Sean heard whimpering from the rubble. That's where he found a tiny abandoned puppy, surrounded by her four dead siblings... Soon the 2 became inseparable, when it was time for Sean to return to the UK there was no question of leaving Barrie behind. She is now living her best life in Essex and we love following her journey and her updates.
